I address you architects and designers for this project in Rome.
The main goal of this contest is the splitting of a space in two apartments to find the best internal layout.
So more layout solutions are very very welcome.
I’d like to get 2 apartments, divided as follows:
FIRST APARTMENT
– 1 leaving room with kitchen (solutions with the kitchen that can be occasionally detached are welcome)
– 3 bedrooms
– 2 bathrooms (possibly both with shower but also solutions that put a shower in one bathroom and a bath in the second one)
SECOND APARTMENT
– 1 leaving room with kitchen (solutions with the kitchen that can be occasionally detached are welcome)
– 2 bedrooms
– 2 bathrooms (possibly both with shower, but also solutions that put a shower in one bathroom and a bath in the second one)
The most important thing is the division of the draining pipe that are only 2 (in the actual bathrooms), and it is mandatory that any apartments have independent draining pipe without creating easements. So for example, the bath or kitchen of the apartment 1 cannot drain in the apartment 2 and vice versa.
I like modern design, not too minimal with plain and light colours. I would prefer to have built-in solutions for example for the showers or bookcases. I was also thinking about a built-in kitchen with white marble tiles if this is not too complicated to realise.
For the furniture, I would like to have low-cost solutions, not only Ikea, also décor inspired to famous designers are welcome if you can find them low-cost.
I still have to do the deed; I haven’t a professional yet so I like to hire the winner for the executive project.
