How does payment work?

At the end of the contest launch form, on the checkout page, you can select a payment method from:
Bank Transfer
PayPal
Debit/Credit Card

How long does a contest last?

You can freely choose the duration of your contest using the appropriate launch section to set a time from a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 360 days. Remember that you will receive and be able to view all the projects only once the deadline of your contest has expired. Once online, the duration of a contest can no longer be reduced but only extended up to a maximum of 360 days in total.

Can I get in touch with the architects?

Yes, during the competition you will be able to use the Messages and Answers section of your contest to communicate with all the registered architects, answer any questions they may have and delve into all aspects related to your project. At the end of the competition, once the winners of your contest have been chosen, you will be able to view the profiles of the participating designers and access the direct contacts of the top 5 chosen by you, in order to then contact them even outside the site.

Are the projects I receive compliant with local regulations?

The architects and more generally all the professionals in the sector (interior designers, engineers, etc.) active on GoPillar come from all over the world, so not all of them will already be informed about the local regulations in force in the area where your project is being developed. In order to receive all projects compliant with local regulations, we suggest you upload a document containing the guidelines on the regulations to follow for the project. If you do not have this type of document or are unable to create it, no problem, you can purchase this service during the launch phase of the competition (or even once the competition has started) and one of GoPillar’s technicians will create the document for you and upload it to your contest available to all participating architects.

Is there a 100% money back guaranteed policy?

On average, a design competition on GoPillar receives between 20 and 30 projects, but in the very remote event that your competition does not receive any projects, do not worry, GoPillar adopts a 100% money back policy and reimburses 100% of the expense to all customers who receive less than 5 projects and request it.
