In both apartments, at least one bathroom is able to accommodate a tub, there is a laundry area, the bedroom area appears to be separated from the living area and the living area has thought about the creation of libraries / TV area, tailor-made plasterboard .
Each apartment is equipped with independent drainage tube without creating servitude.
