1. The large living rooms with kitchens allowing direct access to the terraces with the possibility to transfer the dining space outside.
2. Future bathrooms and kitchens are placed due to a location of the existing drainage system. So, the project provides the most economical and easy way to connect all communications (through one wall)
3. In the living space of the first apartment (shown in the visualization, it is proposed to place the interior windows with translucent glass in the walls, giving more light in low-light areas, and on the other hand maintaining privacy in the bedroom.
