L’idea è trasformare questa stanza con bagno in un piccolissimo appartamento che verrà affittato ai turisti (AirBnb o simili). Mi piacerebbe creare “La casa più piccola della città” dove tutto è studiato alla perfezione, un ambiente piccolo ma confortevole e molto curato. Una super TINY HOUSE
Le dimensioni sono molto ridotte e quindi dovremo essere essenziali in tutto, anche nella scelta della cucina e dei suoi componenti.
Sono consapevole che potrebbe essere necessario utilizzare arredo trasformabile (esempio letti a scomparsa o similari). Questo però incide sul budget della ristrutturazione e dovrò tenerne conto in fase di scelta del progetto.
Nel bagno vorrei inserire w.c., doccia, lavabo e un piccolo appoggio, e anche una lavatrice.

Le pareti del bagno non sono portanti: è possibile spostarle liberamente, ridimensionando il bagno, cambiando anche la posizione della porta.
I posti letto standard devono essere 2. Se riesci a trovare una soluzione con 4 posti letto ancora meglio, ma ho paura di sacrificare troppo gli spazi, quindi non è fondamentale. Quindi un unico letto matrimoniale va benissimo!
L’altezza totale del vano è 320cm.
Non ho particolari preferenze sullo stile, me ne piacciono molti anche diversi tra di loro.

The idea is to transform this room into a very small studio that will be rented out to tourists (Airbnb or similar). I’d like to create "The smallest house in the city" where everything is studied to millimeter, a refined setting that is very comfortable even though small. A super TINY HOUSE
The dimensions are very small, therefore we will have to be essential in everything, even in the choice of the kitchen and its components.
I am aware that it may be necessary to use transformable furniture (such as rollaway beds or something like that). However, this affects the renovation budget and I will have to consider it when choosing the project.
In the bathroom I would like to include the toilet, a shower, a sink and a small counter, and also a washing machine.
The bathroom walls are not load-bearing, so it's possible move them freely, re-sizing the bathroom, and also change the position of the bathroom door.
The guests hosted will be 2 at time, so we need 2 sleeping places. If you can find a solution with 4 beds even better, but I'm really afraid of compromise too much the quality of the space, so it's absolutely not essential. Ultimately, one double bed is fine!
The total height of the compartment is 320cm.
I have no particular preferences on style, I like many even different ones.

La idea es transformar esta habitación en un estudio muy pequeño que se alquilará a turistas (Airbnb o similar). Me gustaría crear "La casa más pequeña de la ciudad" donde todo esté estudiado al milímetro, un ambiente refinado y muy cómodo a pesar de ser pequeño. Una super TINY HOUSE
Las dimensiones son muy pequeñas, por lo que tendremos que ser imprescindibles en todo, incluso en la elección de la cocina y sus componentes.
Soy consciente de que puede ser necesario utilizar muebles transformables (como camas supletorias o algo por el estilo). Sin embargo, esto afecta el presupuesto de renovación y tendré que considerarlo al elegir el proyecto.
En el baño me gustaría incluir el inodoro, una ducha, un lavabo y una pequeña encimera, y también una lavadora.
Las paredes del baño no son de carga, por lo que es posible moverlas libremente, redimensionando el baño, y también cambiar la posición de la puerta del baño.
Los invitados alojados serán 2 a la vez, por lo que necesitamos 2 lugares para dormir. Si puedes encontrar una solución con 4 camas aún mejor, pero realmente tengo miedo de comprometer demasiado la calidad del espacio, por lo que no es absolutamente esencial. ¡En última instancia, una cama doble está bien!
La altura total del compartimento es de 320 cm.
No tengo preferencias particulares de estilo, me gustan muchos incluso diferentes.
