Hello! We propose a cost-friendly design, but we don't compromise the aesthetic part.
We use fixed furniture (to save money), and yet with pretty flexible usage, because we try to blurry the boundary between each space. We use white and wood to give a bigger room perception and yet still give warmth to the space.

PS. We focus on the concept & overall atmosphere of your space in this competition, if you need the measurements, we have included the SKP file, but we recommend getting the DED drawing with your interior contractor. Good day! :)
