The apartment must be bright.
I would change the flooring, equipment, doors and windows. I like the parquet but it is too expensive and delicate.
I would like to close the kitchen door and open a large opening between kitchen and dining room. Idew something on a modified plan and on a render “homemade”.
In the “U” in the dining room, I would like a corner with bookcase (ex BILLY IKEA) and desk to work at home.
I have many books, I like the colors and styles linear and modern. I like maximize space, with former high bookcases. Color in the bathroom, nothing arabesques or drawing, a bathroom young and sporty.
In the bathroom there is not a window, I’d like an interior window like the photo in the reference.
I would hide the washing machine in the bathroom.
2 bedrooms withs bed for 1+1/2, for adult.
