Per questo progetto, come mio solito, ho voluto rivoluzionare tutto l'impianto. Ho riflettuto molto sulle diverse modifiche possibili. Il bagno è senza dubbio il maggiore problema: un bagno senza finestra è davvero un problema, sia per la luce ma anche per l'aerazione e i continui residui di umidità. Ho vissuto per molti anni in una casa con bagno senza finestra e so cosa vuol dire. Ho quindi fatto il possibile per trovare una soluzione per ottenere un bagno con finestra. La soluzione è molto semplice perchè è possibile spostare il bagno nella attuale cucina. Non ci sono problemi impiantistici perchè l'adduzione dell'acqua c'è già. Gli scarichi ci sono già e se fosse un problema, si possono tranquillamente condurre agli originali perchè sono comunque molto vicini. In questo modo la zona giorno sarebbe molto grande, con una cucina a vista molto comoda (per il tipo di cucina), bella da vedere e da vivere. So cosa pensate: la puzza delle pietanze cucinate.... sarebbe stato un problema 20 anni fa. Oggi ci sono delle cappe aspiratrici con filtri molto potenti. Niente scuse quindi e comunque diciamoci la verità, la puzza di fritto è inarrestabile anche con delle porte di separazione. Per quel che riguarda la zona notte, è separata da un corridoio che, per rendere il più luminoso possibile, è stato pensato a vetri satinati, passa la luce ma non la vista di chi c'è dietro.
Unico difetto è il bagno distante dalla zona notte ma, in cambio di questo difetto che non so quante volte l'anno possa causare disagi), si avrà un bagno finestrato!!
Pensateci bene perchè il bagno è davvero un luogo importante e non si ristruttura casa con molta frequenza.

I know what you think: the smell of cooked food .... would be a problem 20 years ago. Today there are hoods aspirators with filters very powerful. No excuses then and still let's face it, the smell of fried food is unstoppable even with the doors of separation. As for the sleeping area is separated by a corridor, to make it as light as possible, it was thought of frosted glass, the light passes but not the view of who is behind.
Only downfall is the bathroom away from the sleeping area, but in exchange for this defect that I do not know how many times a year can cause discomfort), you will have a bathroom window !!
Think about it because the bathroom is really an important place and not restructures home very often.
