Briefing

Dividere l'appartamento in due appartamenti distinti, a destra zona A su un piano con due camere da letto due bagni cucina con cameretta e bagno di servizio, sala da pranzo separata il più possibile e salone.
Necessitano di almeno 15 metri lineari di armadi.
Il secondo B su due piani con zona giorno al piano inferiore (salone, cucina open space, pranzo e camera di servizio) esiste la possibilità di realizzare una serra bioclimatica nel terrazzo di sinistra e zona notte al piano superiore (3 camere di cui una con cabina armadio e due bagni). La casa deve risultare luminosa, amiamo il parquet a listoni.

I need to split my apartment in two.
one will be on the left (letter A) and will be 1 floor, classical style. (look at the photos of the antique furniture we want to keep)
Master bedroom
Guests bedroom
2 bathrooms
1 kitchen (in a separate room)
1 living room with a fireplace
1 dining room possibly separate from the living room
1 bedroom for the house keeper with his on bathroom.
Adding up all the cabinets of the house, the total length must be 15 meters with a height of 2.70.
They will be used as a wardrobe or for linen.
Windows as large as possible
Colour for the walls: All shadows of grey
Colour for the roof: white
Floor material: Natural (wood, stone...)
Climatization: Heating (radiator will be keeped only for bathroom or maybe bedroom)
Terrace : full of plants

the second one will be on the right (letter B), two floors, contemporary style,
downstairs:
living room
open space-kitchen with plenty of space for kitchen utensils
1 bathroom for guests, (sink and toilet)
1 room for the house keeper and laundry with its own bathroom with shower (house keeper don't leave with us but
I would like to have a folding bed just for emergency)

upstairs:
Master bedroom with its own large bathroom and large cloakroom.
1 child bedroom (room for sleeping, studying and playing)
1 guest bedroom
second bathroom for child and guest room.

Windows as large as possible
Colour for the walls: All shadows of light-grey or white or both
Colour for the roof: white
Floor material: Natural (wood, stone...) we prefer Listone Giordano
Climatization: Heating (radiator will be keeped only for bathroom or maybe bedroom)
Terrace : BBQ place and full of plants.

- Waste pipes are signed with red circle for ap B or where you see the actual bathrooms.
- The entrance in the second floor don't need to be used but i would like to keep just for emergency.
- The stair can be moved
- The main elevator does not reach the second floor
- It is possible to open small windows on the external walls or to enlarge the actual one.
