Having studied all your requirements and preferences, I formulated my vision of your restaurant. When developing the kitchen, I allowed the theoretical possibility of locating the kitchen on two levels and communicating between them using a domestic elevator. This was the reason for placing the kitchen on the right side of the building. This arrangement allows you to use more usable space to increase the number of seats, as well as a more comfortable arrangement of tables. Also, having placed the kitchen on the right side, we were able to communize the kitchen with the bar, using the existing window in the facade of the building. On the street, I placed a bar with chairs, spacious dining areas, as well as a lounge area.

Dopo aver studiato tutte le tue esigenze e preferenze, ho formulato la mia visione del tuo ristorante. Durante lo sviluppo della cucina, ho permesso la possibilità teorica di localizzare la cucina su due livelli e di comunicare tra loro utilizzando un ascensore domestico. Questo è stato il motivo per posizionare la cucina sul lato destro dell'edificio. Questa disposizione consente di utilizzare più spazio utilizzabile per aumentare il numero di posti, nonché una disposizione dei tavoli più confortevole.
