Briefing

Vorrei che il ristorante abbia uno stile moderno di design ma allo stesso tempo che non sia freddo. Al piano terra dovremo fare una cucina a vista che sia compresa di lavaggio (che invece sarà nascosto) per un totale d circa 22 mq. Un bancone bar di non oltre 250 cm di lunghezza e non oltre 200 cm di profondità. Un'area per la reception/cassa, è necessario che al piano terra ci sia un bagno disabili che in realtà è gia presente, però se necessario si potrebbe anche spostare.
Al piano interrato dovremo mettere i bagni sia uomini sia donne (anche quelli di design), un piccolo ufficio di 4 metri quadri, il magazzino.
Esternamente tutta la zona che parte dalle mura del locale e finisce ai cancelli sarà destinata a tavoli per consumazioni, area lounge, bancone bar esterno e reception esterna (andrà fatta vicino all'ingresso del cortile) andrà inoltre rifatta tutta la pavimentazione.
Avete totale facoltà di proporre soluzioni di copertura (che deve essere sempre rimovibile) dello spazio esterno secondo le norme della "pergotenda", potete proporre sia una copertura totale del cortile e dello spazio esterno sia una copertura parziale. Nello spazio evidenziato nell'ultima foto, quindi laterale al fabbricato, si prevede l'ubicazione di frigoriferi a colonna e di una zona per la raccolta differenziata. Tutto ciò comporta la necessità di un accesso laterale utilizzando uno dei due passaggi murati presenti nella planimetria.
