Il concept proposto si focalizza sull'ingresso-soggiorno, sulla parete divisoria tra cucina e soggiorno, e nel piano attico, sulla posizione del box per sauna/ bagno turco.
Il mobile su misura tra ingresso e soggiorno assumerà ruolo ed un'immagine importante, per forma, funzione e materiali usati.
Sarà guardaroba, scarpiera verso l'ingresso e mobile tv contenitivo verso il living. Per alleggerire il volume ci saranno nicchie, anche d'angolo, per posizionare opere d'arte, sculture, vasi, fotografie, quadri.
La parete tra cucina e soggiorno, sarà costituita da una vetrata con profili in ferro anodizzato a sezione minima, e vetro trasparente o opacizzato oppure retinato.
Si viene così a creare una zona living più intima, in contatto visivo con la zona cucina- pranzo.
Al piano attico, il box per la sauna o bagno turco, parzialmente vetrato, crea una separazione dello spazio esistente, formando una zona living/gym ed una zona più riservata con un letto matrimoniale ed un bagno in continuità.
L'accesso alla terrazza è comunque sempre garantito.
