Apartment (350 sq mt + 130 sq mt terraces), 7 fl + penthouse on 8th was extensively renovated in y 2000. Now I’d like to renovate particularly Kitchen, Dining room and Living room. Creating a wider kitchen and dining in a semi-open context. Also would like to transform the 8th floor into a bedroom + ensuite bathroom while preserving independent access to upper floor terrace. In term of total number of bedroom no changes vs current situation (except for extra room on upper floor)
