La proposta progettuale risponde alle richieste della committenza attraverso un’architettura moderna dallo stile minimalista.
Il prospetto segue la classica suddivisione in 3 parti:
- il basamento, con il piano che emerge dal terreno e lo stacca da esso;
- il corpo, articolato con aperture a tutt’ altezza, aperture finestrate e pannelli opachi bianchi;
- il coronamento, caratterizzato da una “cornice” sagomata che sovrasta tutto l’edificio.
In pianta la zona del connettivo orizzontale (disimpegno) e verticale (vano scala) divide nettamente la zona giorno dalla zona notte.
La zona giorno è un open-space completo di salotto, zona pranzo e cucina (separate dalla penisola per la colazione). Questo spazio è caratterizzato dal camino aperto posizionato in zona centrale per tutto l’ambiente.
Il disimpegno serve il ripostiglio, appena dietro la parete attrezzata della cucina, lo studio/relax, caratterizzato dalla grande vetrata che si affaccia sul patio aperto, il vano scala, illuminato dall’ alto da un lucernario e il bagno principale.
La zona notte è costituita da una camera singola e dalla camera padronale. Quest’ultima è fornita di cabina armadio e bagno privato.
Esternamente il movimento del terreno riguarda esclusivamente la parte ovest e sud/ovest, mentre il giardino sud/est ed est rimane a quota della strada.
Il seminterrato è servito dalla rampa (pendenza max 15%) ed è articolato come al piano superiore:
- sotto la zona notte si sviluppa il garage, il locale caldaia e il deposito;
- sotto la zona giorno vi è lo spazio libero (proposto in questa fase come tavernetta/locale giochi), la cantinetta e la lavanderia con bagno. Quest’ultima ha una apertura a tutt’ altezza per favorire il passaggio verso l’esterno.
Trattandosi di una progettazione preliminare si è scelto di non entrare nello specifico dei materiali ma darne una indicazione generica (per esempio: per il rivestimento dei setti del portico è stato indicato “pietra locale chiara” piuttosto che il modello e materiale specifico). Questo criterio vale anche per i vari ambienti della casa (si è sviluppato un rendering della zona giorno per evidenziare lo stile dell’interno).
L’obiettivo progettuale in questa fase è dettare le linee guida per chi poi svilupperà il progetto definitivo ed esecutivo.

The project proposal responds to the requests of the client through a modern architecture with a minimalist style.
The table follows the classic subdivision into 3 parts:
the base, with the plane emerging from the ground and detaching it from itself;
the body, articulated with full-height openings, windows and plastered opaque panels,
the crowning, characterized by a shaped "frame" that dominates the whole building.
In plan, the area of the horizontal connective (disengagement) and vertical (stairwell) clearly divides the living area from the sleeping area.
The living area is an open-space complete with lounge, dining area and kitchen (separated from the breakfast peninsula).
This space is characterized by the open fireplace located in the central area for the whole environment.
The hallway serves the utility room, just behind the equipped kitchen wall, the study / relaxation, characterized by the large window overlooking the open patio, the stairwell, lit from above by a skylight and the main bathroom.
The sleeping area consists of a single bedroom and the master bedroom. The latter has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom.
Externally the movement of the land concerns only the west and south / west, while the south / east and east garden remains at the altitude of the road.
The basement is served by the ramp (15 % max slope) and is articulated as on the upper floor.
Under the sleeping area there is a garage, boiler room and storage area;
under the living area there is free space (proposed at as a tavern or playroom), the wine cellar and the laundry room with bathroom. The latter has a full-height opening to facilitate the passage to the outside.
Being a preliminary design, it was decided not to go into the specifics of the materials but to give them a generic indication (for example: for the cladding of the porch walls, "local light stone" rather than the specific model and material). This criterion also applies to the various rooms of the house (a rendering of the living area has been developed to highlight the style of the interior).
The project objective in this phase is to define the guidelines for those who will then develop the final and executive project.
