Briefing

Dear designers,
I'd like to have a modern house with few, basic colors that feels like an apple store.
The house should have a ground floor and a basement both with the same surface.
The surface of each floor must be around 150 square meters. On the ground floor there must be two bedrooms of at least 16 square meters each, two bathrooms, one study/break room, one closet, one open space living room and kitchen, and one porch of about 18 sqm built towards the entrance facing Dante Alighieri St. The main entrance and driveway must be facing Dante Alighieri St. In the basement I need one garage for two cars, laundry, wine cellar and boiler room.

You must respect the following distances from the borders: 5 meters from the northern border, 6 meters from the eastern border, 4.5 meters from the southern border and 10 meters from Dante Alighieri St.

Labitazione deve essere costituita da un unico piano fuori terra e un seminterrato con la stessa superficie.
La superifice di ciascun piano deve essere circa 150 metri quadri. Al piano fuori terra devono essere realizzate due camere di almeno 16 metri quadrati ciascuna, due bagni, una stanza studio/relax, ripostiglio, soggiorno e cucina non separati da tramezze, un portico realizzato verso l'ingresso su via Dante Alighieri di circa 18 metri quadrati. L'ingresso pedonale e carraio devono essere rivolti verso via Dante Alighieri. Nel seminterrato devono invece essere realizzati, un garage per due posti auto, lavanderia, cantinetta e locale caldaia.
Le distanze da rispettare rispetto al confine sono: metri 5 verso nord, metri 6 verso est, metri 4,5 verso sud e 10 metri dalla strada su via Dante Alighieri.
