I have made two alternate versions for your renovation works. Both has advantages and disadvantages. Two has no structural changes but only furniture change. First one is bed area is on first level and entertainment area is second level. Second alternate is reverse. Bed is second level. It is depend on your preference that you want sleeping area next to bathroom or not.
I divide the room height by 230 cm and 260 cm instead of 245, 245.
---ENTRANCE---In the entrance you come across stairs that lead to upper level and dining area will be your left side. There is big tall mirror that enhance the room width and doubling the light coming from double glazed doors. Glazed doors will be painted in white. Take off plywoods that block glass. For security reason, you can use wired glass.
---KITCHEN---I think that kitchen must be as simple as possible. So even everything can be white.(countertop,cabinet,fridge, back wall) So that we can make it simple and unique.
---STAIRS---As you showed on reference photo, it will be same stairs.
---FLOORING---Flooring will be parquet. I suggest that very bright parquet that is close to white, grey color. Not glossy, but matte. So that we make the space feel united and whole.
---SLEEPING AREA---In version 1 Bed will be first level next to bathroom.
In version 2 Bed can be second level. Sofa will be first level. It will make more spacious living area. Even you can have an extra armchair space.
---WORKING AREA---Upper level there is plenty of space for working desk and drawing chests. You can manage it own preference. I only showed a possible solution in 3d rendered images.
---BATHROOM---Bathroom has bidet and shower that has sitting area. I think subway tiles works for wall, and warm grey colored big ceramics for flooring.
---WASHING AREA---Second door entrance area will be used as washing machine and closet and ironing.
---FURNITURES---I showed few furniture suggestions. But you can find better and cheaper alternative furnitures similar to 3d rendered images.
