hi – at ground floor of a building built really after the II world war in Rome, I have a “forgotten space” that I would like to change to a nice “studio” for students or architets
considering the height of the room, I think it necessary to provide a high loft area where H is 4.90
only one window (2,30 x 0,36) gives light to the whole area, so whatever will be your idea it has to consider this.
the two small windows in both sides do not give anything more than air. no possibilities to increase the dimensions of windows.
the large double door is glazed but obscured because overlooks the entrance of the building. it could be used for sun light only from a certain H
the bathroom window and the single entrance door are in the H2,15 area
I think it’s better to have two upper tiers about 2.40 instead of a high 3.00 and a 1.80
but I am ready to look other suggestions
