A pianta rettangolare, il mini appartamento ha una superficie di circa 14 mq: un’organizzazione razionale degli spazi e soluzioni su misura hanno permesso di ricavare, senza rinunciare al comfort, tutte le funzioni indispensabili: zona giorno/notte, tavolo da pranzo, angolo cottura e bagno con antibagno, nonché una zona giorno con divano trasformabile per accogliere ulteriori 2 persone. Sull’altezza totale di 388 cm è stata pensata la costruzione di un soppalco in legno con travi a vista, con un’altezza di 191 cm all’intradosso delle travi a vista, e 177 cm sulla zona soppalco, altezze piuttosto ridotte ma fruibili per l’uso stagionale dell’appartamento.
In corrispondenza delle scale del soppalco, come ad incastro, una cucina completa di frigo sotto top, piano cottura e lavello, con piano di appoggio tangente alle scale per accogliere un eventuale forno a microonde: tutte le funzioni sono a vista e a portata di mano, individuate dalla posizione degli elementi d’arredo, come gli sgabelli intorno alla penisola, identificata come zona pranzo, considerando l’utenza di 2 ma anche di 4 persone, che, in giornate soleggiate, soprattutto estive, può essere traslata sul terrazzo esterno, attrezzato con panca e sedie, nonché di ampio tavolo circolare, con annessa cucina e barbecue all’aperto.
L’area conversazione è arredata con un divano a tre posti, dalle linee retrò, rivestito con un tessuto che bene si accorda alla tricromia bianco-grigio-avio dell’appartamento.
Il soppalco si sviluppa lasciando libera la zona adiacente all’unico balcone presente, creando un volume unico tra zona giorno e zona notte. L’armadio contenitore (per eventuali ospiti) poggia su l’unica parete libera del volume unico rivestita per l’intera altezza con azulejos by Fioranese, dai toni terra mixati con il bianco-grigio-avio, diventando l’elemento di raccordo visivo di questo mini open space.
Denominatore comune degli ambienti è la scelta del bianco totale per le finiture dei mobili e di tutte le superfici, con qualche tocco di blu avio come unica variante cromatica, insieme al parquet grigio-beige. Con un effetto di pulizia e freschezza uniti al gusto shabby e chic dei pezzi di arredo proposti, che rendono l’atmosfera accogliente, contemporanea, con diffuse citazioni del passato in rispetto della natura e della storia dell’appartamento.
Le porte, originali della costruzione, vengono rinnovate dal cambio di verniciatura.
Nella zona cucina, adiacente al lavetto, una struttura in cartongesso che contiene i tubi di scarico del bagnetto sovrastante, dedicato alla zona notte, collegandosi a quelli della cucina stessa.
Per la zona notte, una balconata in legno verniciato bianco, letto matrimoniale incastonato in una parete sagomata ad arco che lo accoglie e rende più romantico lo spazio, grazie anche all’illuminazione soffusa delle lampade a muro by Flos, su una parete di fondo materica sulla quale rifrange la luce, rivestita con tavole di legno riverniciate nei colori dell’appartamento, come in un continuo fil rouge. Nella stessa parete, armadio a muro, la cui capacità contenitiva è estesa nel letto contenitore con apertura verticale, comoda e maggiormente fruibile, e dall’armadio al piano inferiore. Per rendere l’ambiente più intimo e per isolarsi dalla luce esterna, tende di lino lungo la balaustra.
Per il terrazzino e il terrazzo al terzo piano sono stati proposti arredi in linea con lo stile dell’appartamento.

The full depth of 388 cm is designed to build a wooden loft with exposed beams, with a height of 191 cm soffit of beams, and 177 cm on the mezzanine area, heights rather small but usable for the seasonal use of the apartment.
Where the stairs of the loft, as interlocking, a full kitchen with refrigerator under top, stove and sink, with a support plane tangent to the scales to accommodate a possible microwave: all functions are visible and within reach, identified by the position of the pieces of furniture, such as stools around the peninsula, identified as a dining area, considering the use of 2 to 4 people, but also that, on sunny days, especially in the summer, can be moved on the outdoor terrace, equipped with bench and chairs, and a large circular table with attached kitchen and outdoor barbecue.
 The seating area is furnished with a three seater sofa, lines retro, lined with a fabric that fit well to the tri-color white-gray-aviation apartment.
The loft is spread freeing up the area adjacent to the only balcony present, creating a single volume between living and sleeping area. The cabinet box (for extra guests) rests on the only free wall of the single volume covered the entire height with tiles by Fioranese, earth tones mixed with white-gray-aviation, becoming the connecting element of visual this mini open space.
The common denominator of environments is the choice of total white for the finishes of the furniture and all the surfaces, with a touch of blue aviation as the only color variant, along with parquet gray-beige. With a cleaning effect and freshness combined with the taste and shabby chic pieces of furniture on offer, making it feel cozy, contemporary, with widespread references to the past in respect of the nature and history of the apartment.
The doors, the original construction, are renewed by the change of painting.
In the kitchen area, adjacent to lavetto, a plasterboard structure that contains the pipes above the bath, dedicated to the sleeping area, connecting to those of the kitchen itself.
For the bedroom, a wooden balcony painted white, double bed set in a wall-shaped arch that welcomes it and makes it more romantic space, thanks to the soft lights, wall lamps by Flos, on a back wall material on which refracts light, coated wooden planks repainted in the colors of the apartment, as in a continuous common thread. On the same wall, cupboard, whose storage capacity is extended in bed container with vertical opening, comfortable and more accessible, and the closet downstairs. To make the environment more intimate and to isolate themselves from the outside light, linen curtains along the boards.
For the terrace and the balcony on the third floor they were proposed furnishings in line with the style of the apartment.
