Following limits and guidelines imposed, I have created a different space from the current state.
I have followed the line indicated by the customer to create a welcoming space in a modern style suitable for a family of 4.
The kitchen with a small dining table and the big living room are divided into two environments and located south; the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is a small suite while the children's rooms are served by the shared bathroom, thanks to the tailoring of the plant I got a small laundry for the washer and dryer, as required I created a small studio space with a separate window from the other rooms.
All accesses come with sliding doors as required to retrieve and maximize space.

Seguendo limiti e linee guida imposte, ho creato uno spazio diverso dallo stato attuale.
Ho seguito la linea indicata dal cliente per creare uno spazio accogliente in stile moderno adatto per una famiglia di 4 persone.
La cucina con un piccolo tavolo da pranzo e il grande soggiorno sono divisi in due ambienti e posizionati a sud; la zona notte è composta da 3 camere, la camera padronale con bagno personale è una piccola suite mentre le camere dei ragazzi sono serviti dal bagno in comune, grazie al taglio sartoriale della pianta ho ricavato una piccola lavanderia per la lavatrice e l’asciugatrice, come richiesto ho creato un piccolo spazio studio con finestra separato dalle altre stanze.
Tutti gli accessi sono dotati di porte scorrevoli come richiesto per recuperare e sfruttare al massimo lo spazio.
