le allego 12 tavole in formato A3 con lo studio di progetto per la sua abitazione.
UNITA' A
Il progetto prevede la creazione un'ambito di ingresso parzialmente separato dalla zona giorno, che è formata da un living e una zona cottura, separate da una parete che nella parte superiore, da 2 metri a soffitto, potrebbe avere un sopraluce di vetro satinato.
Dalla zona cottura, la domestica può accedere alla sua stanza ( non ha i requisiti metrici per essere definita "camera da letto"), che si compone di un tavolo e di un armadio a ponte con inserito un letto che di giorno funge da divano.
Questa stanza ha un'altra porta che conduce al disimpegno della zona notte, dove si trova anche un bagno ( corredato da lavatrice e/o asciugatrice)
Dalla spaziosa camera padronale si accede, infine, al bagno privato.
Entrambi i bagni sono collocati in prossimità di quelli precedenti, per collegarsi agli scarichi esistenti.
La zona di ingresso, disimpegno zona notte ed i bagni, sono controsoffittati per poter alloggiare il sistema di condizionamento.
UNITA' B
L'ngresso spazioso e corredato di guardaroba a muro, (attraverso una porta rasomuro, si accede ad un utile ripostiglio per alloggiare le scarpiere e materiali per le pulizie), si apre sul soggiorno ed in parte sulla zona cottura.
Nella zona notte i bagni sono rimasti pressoché invariati. é stata creata una zona padronale con guardaroba, zona pc ed accesso diretto al bagno privato.
Le rimanenti camere da letto, offrono una buona dimensione e vivibilità.
Il disimpegno è stato arredato con armadiature a muro.
Quest'ultimo ambito, assieme ai bagni ed all'ingresso, sono stati controsoffittati per poter alloggiare il sistema di condizionamento ed i faretti a soffitto.
CONSIDERAZIONI
1) In questa fase, ho previsto una pavimentazione unica in legno a posa spinapesce alla francese, sebbene avesse dato indicazione di poter mantenere il pavimento in marmo del soggiorno , (non avendo un riferimento su che tipo di pietra fosse).
2) Come potrà notare dalla tavola dell'illuminazione e delle suggestioni degli arredi, sebbene abbia inserito delle immagini che possono far riconoscere il prodotto, ho preferito non inserire nomi di brand o marchi più o meno noti, perché non reputo corretto pubblicizzare un prodotto piuttosto che un altro, in un rapporto che non è diretto ( committente-professionista) ma che diventa pubblico.
3) Ho preferito inserire degli schizzi fatti a mano, al posto di render fotorealistici, per farle catalizzare l'attenzione negli spazi che si creano, piuttosto che sulla resa di un mobile e di un letto renderizzati.

I enclose 12 A3 boards with the design study for his home.
UNIT A

The entrance area, bedroom hallway and bathrooms, are false ceiling to house the air conditioning system.
UNIT B
The entrance to the spacious and equipped with built-in wardrobes, (through a recessed wall door leads to a useful utility room to house the shoe racks and cleaning materials), opens onto the living room and partly on the cooking area.
In the sleeping area the bathrooms have remained virtually unchanged. is a main area was created with wardrobe, pc area and direct access to a private bathroom.
The remaining bedrooms offer a good size and livability.
The hallway was decorated with built in closets.
This area, together with the bathrooms and entrance have been false ceiling to be able to house the air conditioning system and ceiling spotlights.
CONSIDERATIONS
1) At this stage, I expected a unique hardwood flooring to laying herringbone French, although he gave indications of being able to keep the marble floor of the living room, (not having a reference of what kind of stone it was)
2) As can be seen from the table lighting and furnishing suggestions, although he added the images that can be recognized by the product, I preferred not to put their brand names or more or less known brands, because they do not consider properly advertise a product rather another, in a relationship that is not directed (customer-professional) but that becomes public.
3) I preferred to insert the hand sketches, instead of photorealistic renderings, to make them attract the attention in the spaces that are created, rather than on the performance of a mobile and a rendered bed.
