Briefing

We would like a slightly stylized French mood with some details and modern furnishings ..... we would like to make the room adjacent to the small bathroom in order to make it the exclusive bathroom of the master bedroom by closing the door that leads to the corridor and together with the bed and in the bathroom we would also like to insert the walk-in closet ... the other bedroom will have to be designed to become a bedroom / study. instead, we imagine the largest area completely free for the living room and dining table with a bookcase. We would like to divide the entrance area in half and make the wardrobe as soon as you enter and in the other half make the kitchen. we would also like to insert a bioethanol fireplace and find space for the heat pump, washing machine and dryer inside the apartment. the budget we had set ourselves is around 60 thousand euros -
The floors and walls can be replaced or covered and the radiators will be replaced by underfloor heating or new radiators
Among the photos there are also the paintings we want to put inside the apartment: the first single floors are 100 x 100 cm, where we are two 80 x 80 cm, the photo on plexi 60 x 40 cm, and the 4 photos female are 80 x 80 cm each
