First of all I would like to express my satisfaction for the opportunity to work on this project.
The concept is based on the approach to satisfy two most important things.
The first thing is the client's needs written in the briefing and in the answers to the questions posted by the designers. The second thing that I was guided during the project is that the potentially this house represents a pleasant ambient, both for tenants and guests, and to gain a strong impressions while staying in.
Several facts:
-Total area 204.72m2. (Groundfloor 109.05m2, First floor 95.67m2)
-The house is divided into day and night zones.
The living area (living room, dinning area and the kitchen) is designed as an open plan in accordance with tendencies of contemporary architecture.
-The living area is open to the south.
-One master bedroom is located on groundfloor, one master bedroom and 3 regular bedrooms are located on 1st floor.
-Upstairs hall does not look like a hallway in a hotel. The staircase is located in the center of the communications area.
-The house is positioned in that way so the yard can be used for swimming in the pool, making barbecues and playing spots on the green area.
-In front of the gate, there is an extended surface to allow vehicles to enter the courtyard comfortably.
