Briefing

ENG:
It’s a small ground-floor apartment with a garden, built in the late 1980s. We’d like to redo the floors and the bathroom, and completely rethink the interior furnishings without changing the walls or the position of drains and chimneys. We like a rustic style, but not too much. We want a gas fireplace in the living area (see attachments) and a shower instead of a bathtub.


SPA:
Se trata de un pequeño apartamento en la planta baja con jardín, construido a finales de los años 80. Nos gustaría renovar los suelos y el baño, y repensar completamente el mobiliario interior sin modificar las paredes ni la posición de los desagües y chimeneas. Nos gusta el estilo rústico, pero no demasiado. Queremos una chimenea de gas en la zona de estar (ver adjuntos) y una ducha en lugar de la bañera.


ITA:
Si tratta di un appartamentino al piano terra con giardino di fine anni '80. Vorremmo rifare i pavimenti ed il bagno e ripensare completamente l'arredamento interno senza modificare le pareti e la posizione di scarichi e camini. CI piace lo stile rustico ma non troppo. Vogliamo un caminetto a gas nella zona living (vedi allegati) e la doccia al posto della vasca da bagno.
