Considering that your unit is quite small and furnishing this space can be challenging, I recommend using compact, small-scale furniture. For the master bedroom, an electric fireplace has been included, which you can remove if you prefer.

For the children’s bedroom, you can use a bunk bed, as this will help create enough space for a wardrobe. Alternatively, you may furnish the room in a different way, but in that case, the bed and wardrobe would need to be custom-made, which would increase your costs.
