[ENG] The required changes have been designed taking into account different aspects. First of all we tried to get the maximum change with minimal intervention (cost savings).
we put the bathrooms in the most logical way to avoid raising the floor by using the ducts of the chimneys and sewers that already exist. Finally we found the combination that would allow to accommodate the widest range of customers. The result includes three double bedrooms (two of which are sufficiently large to fit an extra bed), a small apartment that can guest a family and a single room that functions as a bonus extra room (for more children or single guests or staff of the b&b).

[ITA] Le modifiche richieste sono state pensate tenendo in considerazione diversi aspetti concreti. In primis si è tentato di ottenere la massima modifica con il minimo intervento (risparmio economico). Si è cercata la disposizione più logica dei sanitari in modo da non dover rialzare il pavimento sfruttando i condotti dei camini e gli scarichi già presenti. Infine si è cercata la combinazione che permettesse di accogliere il range di clienti più vasto possibile. Il risultato prevede tre camere matrimoniali (delle quali due sono sufficentemente grandi per ospitare un letto extra), un mini appartamento per una famiglia e una stanza singola che funziona da bonus (per ulteriori figli, ospiti singoli o personale del b&b).
