Hello, this is my third time that I’m going to take advantage of CoContest and this time not for the apartment where I going to leave (2nd floor of same building) but for the empty apartment located just below and so in the 1st floor of the mentioned house. With my wife we are looking to invest some money and so create a nice B&B on it. As you can view from the uploaded drawings the mentioned apartment (marked PIANO PRIMO) have 5 rooms and two toilette’s + 1 small room. The apartment is located in a old building (late 50’s) in the center of the village, the rooms are quite high, in fact we got 3.8meters from the floor to the roof. In this contest the winner would be the one that will found the best compromise between the investment and so the costs for the changes and the outcome proposed, in fact we are looking to take the maximum advantage (more available rooms) with the minimum modification as possible in getting comfortable rooms all served with internal toilette’s. I do not have picture available, I’m presently traveling out side the country, however I would be happy to answer to all question you may have.
