The project is realized with the aim to satisfy the requirement of the client using in the better way the space and without any particular modification at the structure .
The disposal is studied to create 4 double bedroom with internal toilet (1 bedroom has the possibility to add a third single bed) and another room used for reception and breakfast limiting the demolition and construction works since the only changes are the relocation of the door in the current kitchen and the construction of two walls for the creation of two new toilets.
Regarding the furniture and the look of the B&B the style is simple and modern but in the meantime comfortable due to the use of colours inspired by the marine environment.
