Once we analyzed the project to be carried out, and due to some lack of information, the first thing we generated was a structure plan, made with structural logic.
We hope this is correct. We continue knowing the minimum square meters that we would need for each department, this helped to generate surfaces. In the attached plans you will see the square meters of each department.
Each one has its bedroom, in the case of 3 rooms its two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room.
We incorporate a distributor that will serve as a link between departments B, C and D.
Department A has a direct entrance from the stairs and elevator sector.

With respect to the demolition plane, the walls to be demolished appear in red and the aggregates to be built in blue. Hopefully it matches what you are waiting for. We have added and demolished walls with the intention and logic of reaching the best possible proposal.
