This is my proposal for "A Studio in Genoa - The smallest house in the City":
-When you enter the apartment, on the left side there is bathroom with shower, toilet, sink on counter and small (40x60 cm)washing machine with shelves above it to storage towels, washing powder, toilet papers, etc,.
***-I would consider putting washing machine under the stairs since there is a water if you want standard measures w.m.
-On the right side there are stairs with storage under, where guests can put their suitcases and shoes.
-In the living area on the left side we have closet attached to the kitchen. On the right side there is siting area (living/dinning) with shelfs under (storage) or a bed which can be pulled-out (if needed).
Upstairs is a loft, only with bed and small bookshelf, because of the space height.
I wanted to make it bright and with simple style, so it looks clean!
