This building consists of 9 residential stories above the ground floor and 6 underground stories built on a land with a surface area of 2000 m2 located on the Alborz mountainside lands and highlands of Tehran city. This project is the result of the collaboration of a big team in the Zandigan counseling group with which I had the honor to cooperate as project manager and senior designer. As a populated building with 72 residential units, this building featured some service applications such as a cafeteria, a bakery, a SPA and sports saloon, a swimming pool, a meeting room, common offices, and a roof garden, which have been provided to meet a major part of the residents' needs.
In the building façade design, besides creating a modern atmosphere in proportions and divisions and using modern materials, it has been also attempted to give an Persian spirit to this modern building by using more indigenous materials such as glazed bricks.
