Description

Based on an analysis of the evolution of markets throughout history, it became possible to study design concepts and theories that are related to the general objectives of the topic. Subsequently, the positive and negative aspects of commercial installation typologies of present day were evaluated and weighted, which allowed to extract a series of indicators applicable to the Market and Gastronomic Institute, from which the concept of Movement was derived. This resulted in the final development of an architectural proposal that responds to the established concept.
