Description

⦁ We've decided to demolish the walls opposite the entrance and enveloping the kitchen to provide an open kitchen that is airy and light, creating space to add a dining table in between the kitchen and the living room.
⦁ By the proposal, the first thing you see at the entrance is the dining, the terrace beyond and the back of the living room.
⦁ The kitchen is redesigned to an open L-shaped kitchen providing more working space that opens up to the terrace.
⦁ We've designed a 3-bedroom layout; with the master bedroom, the children's bedroom and the nursery in anticipation of the expected arrival.
⦁ The wall separating the children's bedroom from the master bedroom is extended to provide extra room for the nursery.
⦁ The nursey and the children's bedroom are separated by a perforated wall (Could be timber slats) to ensure natural lighting and ventilation in the children's bedroom. This wall can be later taken down at the client's will to provide one large children's bedroom.
⦁ In the children's bedroom, bunk beds are placed to maximize on the open space that is crucial for play.
⦁ A new master bathroom has been designed near the current bathroom in conscience of the existing drainage pipes to avoid extra renovation costs.
⦁ We've designed a new master walk-in closet adjacent to the new master en-suite bathroom.
⦁ The current bathroom has been maintained to serve as the children's bathroom and serve any visiting guests.
In case you need more details or want to talk about the design, we'll be happy to be in touch with you. Thank you. Best regards.
