The project's idea was to desgin a building of turistic use. La Albufera situated South of Valencia is rich in ecosystem and produces high quality ecological rice.
The building rehabilitation had for objective enabling people to reside for a cetain amount of time and serve as a host house, and at the same time propose local rice products while acting as a turistic gathering point, where people can learn about the place and its ecosystem
