The project brief is mainly the idea that the whole family has to be able to spend time together , have bigger living and family spaces . The Kitchen has been made next to the family room so that everyone can spend time with the mother who will be cooking in the kitchen . The family preferred comfort and luxury at he same time . The idea of black walls and darker cladding came from the black frames which was already in the apartment. The brass beading adds luxury and richness to the apartment. The furniture ranges from stress less chair, which has comfort, to chesterfield, for luxury .The theme of the bedrooms ranges from user to user. The daughters had specific colors and themes in mind which has been incorporated with the whole design scheme . The accent colors and materials elevates the mood of the room . Brass , copper , brick cladding , laminate cladding and texture paints have been used on the walls .The apartment has 4 bedrooms , formal living , family living dining space and balcony .
