The area of project is situated in the adjacent to the Gyumri square,on the Mher Mkrtchyan street in the former textile factory which was the largest in the USSR.
Although the area is located in the central part of the city, it is still in poor condition.
The goal of the center is to promote the development of the region through accessible education․
Area includes: technology center, study areas, labs, co-working spaces, studios, restaurant, cafe, sport areas, showrooms, hostel, yards.
