The project assignment required division of the apartment in two, while keeping discharge verticals for both apartments completely separate.
Our Project Proposal in general is seeking to offer the most adequate solution, while following guidelines indicated by the client, not compromising the quality of proposed solution.
When planning furnishing of both apartments we followed inputs given by the client, choosing furniture with lower prices that would allow remaining within the set budget, a mission we completed with success.
This was also a specific choice to allow for proposing an indicative lighting layout that could be partially or entirely covered by furniture budget, but would add on quality of the solution. We are proposing light fixtures that are professional and have advanced performance characteristics. Lighting fixtures are all LED, guaranteeing thus energy saving and reducing the need for maintenance. Furthermore, architecture of light fixtures guarantees visual comfort, while choosing down lights that are glare free.
