Hi, I’m building a 400m2 villa.
The villa is defined in the spaces and in the position of the furnishings, but it is not yet defined in the style for which I would like your help.
We ask you to work on part of the villa with renders, no work is required in the bedrooms on the ground floor and in the laundry room, so we will have to concentrate on the living area + mezzanine and on the bedroom area on the first floor.
I would like warm, emotional, soft renderings.
I’ll try to explain spaces like this:
a) The entrance: from the entrance we immediately had a double view. From the front you can see the staircase that goes up to the master bedroom. The view is lost in this long corridor which ends with a French window. Outside the French window there will be vegetation. On the left there will be built-in wardrobes in the “technical” areas which will contain systems, these wardrobes will be interspersed with spaces to be valorised. On the right, however, you immediately have a view of the living area, you see the staircase with the steps jutting out from the wall and you begin to perceive the double height of the living room.
b) the living room: the living room is full of interesting points of view. We have a TV wall, a fireplace wall, a wine cellar, a kitchen, a dining table and, above all, a double height. The double height shows the mezzanine floor above. The TV wall is a wall that continues, from the ground floor to the first floor, as if it crossed the attic. Between the cellar and the kitchen there is a skylight. The idea is that a living room, with front/back sofas and armchairs, can characterize the living area in order to connect the various TV/fireplace/cellar/kitchen areas. (therefore the sofa you see in the plan is not the result you want to obtain)
c) the sleeping area on the ground floor and the laundry room: in this case no changes to the arrangement of the furnishings are needed, which will be copied on the floor plans as they are. Render of these areas is not required.
d) the second floor, the suite: We define the suite as the largest room. Large spaces, a bedroom with television and a make-up station. A large, very large, completely open walk-in closet. To which a central piece of furniture will be designed that faces the hallway as if to connect everything like a living room. A fridge/bar area will help you not get off the floor to get water, or wine if necessary.
e) the second floor, the bathroom suite: A bathroom that deserves special attention. Two washbasins on the left, a full-height wall that hides the free-standing bathtub. Holes will be made in the wall which will serve both as storage and as points of view. A shower area with two showers, and an area reserved for sanitary ware.
f) the mezzanine: in the mezzanine area we have a door to connect the suite to the mezzanine, and immediately a relaxation area. An additional sitting room that can serve as a reading area before entering the suite. The mezzanine can also be accessed via the second staircase, that of the living room. Immediately on the left a study area to allow you to work. Particular attention should be given to the mezzanine balustrade.
Always warm lighting. Yes to track spotlights, yes to hanging bulbs. Yes to the use of wallpaper. The doors are all flush with the wall so they can be covered with wallpaper.

The wall on which the staircase climbs will be brought to full height, it would be nice to cover it with wallpaper and insert a neon sign on it, towards the living room.
Stair railings are up to you, which can be left as open as possible and, if necessary, also become storage units as shown in the reference images.
In the first days of the contest I will insert new materials not available at the time of its creation.

SPA:
Buenas tardes, estoy construyendo una villa de 400 metros cuadrados. La villa está definida en cuanto a los espacios y la posición de los muebles, pero aún no lo está en el estilo para el que quisiera su colaboración. Se pide trabajar en una parte de la villa con renders, no se requiere trabajo en las habitaciones en la planta baja y la lavandería, por lo que deberá concentrarse en la zona de la sala de estar + altillo y en la zona del dormitorio en el primer piso. Me gustaría unos renders cálidos, emocionales, suaves.
Intentaré explicar los espacios de la siguiente manera:
a) La entrada: desde la entrada tenemos de inmediato una doble vista. Frontalmente se puede ver la escalera que sube hacia el dormitorio principal. La vista se pierde en este largo pasillo que termina con una puerta ventana. En el exterior de la puerta ventana habrá vegetación. A la izquierda habrá armarios empotrados en las zonas “técnicas” que contendrán instalaciones, estos armarios estarán intercalados con espacios para destacar. A la derecha, en cambio, se tiene de inmediato la vista de la zona de la sala de estar, se ve la escalera con los escalones que sobresalen de la pared y se empieza a percibir la doble altura de la sala de estar.
b) La sala de estar: la sala de estar está llena de puntos de vista interesantes. Tenemos una pared de TV, una pared de chimenea, una bodega de vinos, una cocina, una mesa de comedor y, sobre todo, una doble altura. La doble altura muestra el nivel superior del altillo. La pared de TV es una pared que continúa desde la planta baja hasta el primer piso, como si cruzara el forjado. Entre la bodega y la cocina hay un tragaluz. La idea es que una sala de estar con sofás y sillones frontales / traseros pueda caracterizar la zona de día de modo que se conecten las distintas zonas de TV / chimenea / bodega / cocina. (por lo que el sofá que se ve en el plano no es el resultado que se quiere obtener).
c) La zona de noche en la planta baja y la lavandería: en este caso no se requiere ninguna modificación en la disposición de los muebles que se copiarán en los planos tal como están. De estas zonas no se solicitan renders.
d) El segundo piso, la suite: Definimos la suite como la habitación más grande. Amplios espacios, un dormitorio con televisión y una estación de maquillaje. Un gran vestidor, muy grande, completamente abierto. Para el cual se diseñará un mueble central que se asomará hacia el pasillo como si quisiera integrarlo todo como una sala de estar. Una zona frigorífico/bar servirá para no tener que bajar al piso para tomar agua o vino si es necesario.
e) Segundo piso, suite de baño: Un baño que merece atención especial. Dos lavabos a la izquierda, una pared de altura completa que oculta la bañera independiente. En la pared se harán agujeros que servirán tanto como portaobjetos como puntos de vista. Una zona de ducha con dos duchas y una zona reservada para los sanitarios.
f) Entresuelo: en la zona del entresuelo tenemos una puerta para conectar la suite con el entresuelo y de inmediato una zona de relajación. Un salón adicional que puede servir como zona de lectura antes de entrar en la suite. El entresuelo también se accede a través de la segunda escalera, la del salón. Inmediatamente, a la izquierda hay una zona de estudio para permitir trabajar. Se prestará especial atención al pasamanos del entresuelo.
Iluminación siempre cálida. Sí a las luces de riel, sí a las bombillas colgantes. Sí al uso de papel tapiz. Las puertas están todas enrasadas con la pared, por lo que se pueden revestir con papel tapiz.

La pared sobre la cual sube la escalera debe llevarse a altura completa, sería bonito revestirla con papel tapiz e insertar sobre ella, hacia el salón, una letra de neón.
Dejo a vuestra inventiva las barandillas de las escaleras, que se pueden dejar lo más abiertas posible y, en caso necesario, convertirse también en muebles contenedores como se ve en las imágenes de referencia.
En los primeros días del concurso, agregaré nuevos materiales no disponibles en el momento de su creación.
Estoy muy disponible para responder a sus preguntas si mis explicaciones y materiales no están claros en este momento.

Buonasera, sto costruendo una villa di 400mq.
La villa è definita negli spazi e nella posizione degli arredi, ma non lo è ancora nello stile per il quale vorrei la vostra collaborazione.
Si chiede di lavorare su parte della villa con i render, non vengono richieste lavorazioni nelle camerette al piano terra e nella lavanderia per cui ci si dovrà concentrare sulla zona soggiorno + soppalco e sulla zona della camera da letto al piano primo.
Vorrei dei render caldi, emozionali, morbidi.
Proverò a spiegare gli spazi in questo modo:
a) L’ingresso: dall’ingresso abbiamo subito una doppia visuale. Frontalmente si può vedere la scala che sale verso la camera notte padronale. La vista si perde in questo lungo corridoio che termina con una porta finestra. All’esterno della porta finestra vi sarà della vegetazione. Sulla sinistra vi saranno degli armadi a muro nelle zone “tecniche” che conterranno impianti, questi armadi saranno intervallati da spazi da valorizzare. Sulla destra invece si ha subito la vista della zona soggiorno, si vede la scala con i gradini che sbalzano dalla parete e si inizia a percepire la doppia altezza del soggiorno.
b) il soggiorno: il soggiorno è ricco di punti di vista interessanti. Abbiamo una parete tv, una parete camino, una cantina vini, una cucina, un tavolo da pranzo e, soprattutto, una doppia altezza. La doppia altezza mostra il piano superiore soppalcato. La parete tv è una parete che prosegue, dal piano terra al primo piano, come se attraversasse il solaio. Tra la cantina e la cucina vi è un lucernario. L’idea è che un soggiorno, con divani e poltrone fronte/retro possa caratterizzare la zona giorno in modo da collegare le varie zone tv/camino/cantina/cucina. (per cui il divano che vedete nella pianta non è il risultato che si vuole ottenere)
c) la zona notte al piano terra e la lavanderia: in questo caso non serve nessuna modifica alla disposizione degli arredi che andranno ricopiati nelle piantine cosi come sono. Di queste zone non sono richiesti render.
d) il secondo piano, la suite: Definiamo la suite la camera più grande. Grandi spazi, una camera da letto con la televisione ed una postazione per il make up. Una cabina armadio grande, molto grande, completamente aperta. Alla quale andrà disegnato un mobile centrale che si affaccia verso il disimpegno quasi a voler raccordare il tutto come un salotto. Una zona frigo/bar servirà a non scendere dal piano per prendere acqua, o vino all’occorrenza.
e) il secondo piano, il bagno suite: Un bagno che merita attenzioni particolari. Due lavabi sulla sinistra, una parete tutta altezza che nasconde la vasca a libera installazione. Nella parete verranno ricavati dei fori che serviranno sia da portaoggetti che da punti di visuale. Una zona doccia con due docce, ed una zona riservata ai sanitari.
f) il soppalco: nella zona soppalco abbiamo una porta per collegare la suite al soppalco, e subito una zona relax. Un salottino aggiuntivo che possa servire da zona lettura prima di entrare in suite. Al soppalco si accede anche tramite la seconda scala, quella del soggiorno. Subito sulla sinistra una zona studio per permettere di lavorare. Particolare attenzione andrà data alla balaustra del soppalco.
Illuminazione sempre calda. Si ai faretti a binario, si alle lampadine a sospensione. Si all’uso della carta da parati. Le porte sono tutte filo muro per cui possono essere rivestite con carta da parati.

La parete sulla quale si arrampica la scala andrà portata a tutta altezza, sarebbe bello rivestirla con carta da parati e inserire su di essa, verso il soggiorno, una scritta al neon.
A vostra inventiva le ringhiere scale, che possono essere lasciate più aperte possibile e, all’occorrenza, diventare anche mobili contenitori come da immagini di riferimento.
Nei primi giorni del contest provvederò ad inserire nuovi materiali non disponibili al momento della sua creazione.
