La proposta progettuale prevede un corpo edilizio di stile sobrio e moderno organizzato a “terrazze” sul lotto in pendio.
Si è cercato di soddisfare le esigenze richieste con il piano terra destinato alla zona giorno e il primo piano alla zona notte. Sotto vi è il piano piscina/garage al quale si giunge con la rampa di accesso dalla strada. L'idea di base segue la volontà di enfatizzare l'affaccio sul lago e sul golfo di Cagliari.
Il piano di arrivo al lotto è quello che ospita la piscina (con spazio cottura esterno), direzionata verso nord/est, e il “garage aperto” (3 – 4 posti auto). Al piano terra si accede attraverso una rampa di scale interna oppure attraverso l'ascensore che collega tutti i piani: qui prende corpo il grande soggiorno a doppia altezza caratterizzato dalle grandi vetrate. Un grande tavolo da pranzo fa da fulcro tra questo ambiente e la cucina seminascosta. Un disimpegno serve l'ascensore, il bagno e lo studio (dal quale si può accedere anche dall'esterno). Lo spazio a doppia altezza è caratterizzato dalla presenza di una scala a chiocciola, unico elemento discordante che rafforza l'idea architettonica della linearità e della direzionalità verso il Golfo, la quale serve un ballatoio che disimpegna tutta la zona notte. La camera patronale è posta a nord: ha un balcone affacciato sul panorama, un vano guardaroba e il bagno riservato. Le due camere più piccole sono poste sul lato sud, protette dall'irraggiamento solare estivo da un opportuno aggetto del solaio del tetto. Entrambe hanno un vano guardaroba. Sul piano c'è il bagno a servizio delle due camere e un vano lavanderia.
Tutti i piani hanno un accesso autonomo dalle terrazze collegate tra loro da una rampa di scale a sud del lotto.
Per quanto riguarda l'arredamento, trattandosi di un progetto di nuova costruzione, si è voluto dare un'idea sommaria proponendo dei render della sola zona living del piano terra come esempio generale della linea contemporanea/moderna da seguire (indicando alcuni arredi tra quelli proposti). Spero che la soluzione proposta rispecchi ciò che desiderate e, in caso di vincita del contest, mi riservo di apportare qualsiasi modifica, approfondimento e sviluppo ulteriore per meglio ottemperare alle vostre esigenze. The design proposal includes a sober and modern style building made up of "terraces" on the sloping lot.
I tried to satisfy the requirements required with the ground floor for the living area and the first floor in the sleeping area. Below there is the swimming pool / garage which you can reach by access ramp from the street. The basic idea follows the desire to emphasize the view on the lake and the Gulf of Cagliari.
The floor plan is the one that houses the pool (with an outdoor cooking area), oriented north / east, and the "open garage" (3-4 cars). On the ground floor you can access through a ramp of internal stairs or through the elevator that connects all the floors. The large double-height living room is characterized by large windows. A large dining table is the centerpiece of this ambiance and the hidden kitchen. A lift is available, the bathroom and the study (from which you can also access from the outside). The double height space is characterized by the presence of a spiral staircase, the only discordant element that reinforces the architectural idea of ​​linearity and directionality towards the Gulf, which serves a balloon that disengages the entire night zone. The patron room is located north: it has a balcony overlooking the view, a wardrobe and a private bathroom. The two smaller rooms are set on the south side, protected by sunlight from a suitable roof. Both of them have a wardrobe space. On the same floor there is the bathroom and a laundry room.
All floors have autonomous access from the terraces connected to each other by a stairway to the south of the lot.
As far as furniture is concerned, as a new construction project, I wanted to give a brief idea of​
​proposing the rendering of the living area on the ground floor as a general example of the contemporary / modern line to follow.
