Description

Dear client,

We propose you a distribution that seeks not to close spaces. We have divided the project into day zone and night zone.

In the day zone the kitchen is located in the part where the pipes are and it's open to the dining room with a breakfast bar. At the entrance we put a closet for the jackets. The dining room is located close to the kitchen and the entrance, as it is usually an area of punctual use throughout the day. The living room, on the other hand, occupies the corner closest to the windows and through a large chaise longue sofa we managed to organize a large room for watching TV. There's also a really transparent modern metal bookcase that allows you to use it also as a reading area. We placed the laundry next to the bathroom in the day area.

In the night area, we decided to locate the main room with a walk-in closet. It should be a very minimal bedroom. The guest room, through a folding bed, it's usually able to serve as a study / library. When guests come, it transforms. Finally, your child's room places the desk under the window, it is a nice place to read or study in the future. We put a bunk bed in case there are some brothers later or a friend invited to sleep some day. We have tried to keep the maximum amount of free space on the floor so that the child can play freely.

Hope you like it as much as we do.
