Description

The project seeks to satisfy the client's needs, adapting the space to multiple leisure and relaxation activities.

A living area was designed with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, arranged for entertainment, where a drywall wall was designed with niches for the location of the decoration and electronic devices. And in its opposite area a minibar was designed for wine storage, with a small area for tasting and chatting.
Next to this area, a virtual division of the space was established through the use of a wooden lattice, providing a greater sense of privacy to the work and reading area. In this area, a custom bookcase was designed that is complemented by a bench for reading.
The gas boiler was replaced by a modern bioethanol fireplace, without making modifications to the existing structure, other than in the exterior color.

We worked in a range of light colors on furniture and walls, contrasted with dark tones of metal and wood; as well as a mix between rustic stone finishes, with other more refined ones such as marble and parquet.

New lighting points were located both on ceiling and apliques wall lights, adapted to the new spaces and new needs.
