My project proposal respects the zoning provided.
The atmosphere is industrial, urban, informal and modern, but many refined elements are also present. The layout is inspired by innovative office solutions.
For the main working space I propose you an open space in which there aren't traditional walls but partition elements made in raw OSP (40 cm width) that give transparency to the space and can be used as bookshelves (see renders and detailed plan for indications). They can be left open or closed with polycarbonate panels on a side (for noise insulation). The design of these bookshelves/partitions can be detailed and customized, depending on your needs.
In the open office there's a compact line of traditional desks and a custom made furniture element along the northern wall that has multiple usages. It is meant for informal working, relaxing, colaborative moments of discussion, reading, taking a break, etc. (see renders and detailed plan for indications).
The principal architect cabinet has the atmosphere of a modern urban loft, furnished with Italian design elements (available for worldwide shipping on the websites provided in the furniture scheme).
