fast-restaurant stand for 'artigiano in fiera' tradeshow in milan

Dear designers, we will take part in a trade show in Milan from November 30th to December 8th 2019. We will have a stand of 44 sqm (8x6 mt) and we are going to realize a typical rustic Abruzzese fast-restaurant.

The stand has to be simple and lean, we will have a small menu: 3 starters, 1 first course, 4 main courses. Visitors will be able to eat the food sitting on stools or to take food to go (e.g. typical Abruzzese meat skewers). We would like to have a corner for wine and beer tasting with the possibility to buy bottles and other typical products such as cold cuts, cheese, tomatoes etc.

We would like to have an open kitchen to show the food preparation to visitors, maybe with a glass/plexiglas wall between the kitchen and the rest of the space. We'll need 40/50 seats. We need a typical design and a projects easy to realize as it is a temporary stand. We would like to have photos and images of our territory (the Abruzzi, Italy) within it. My budget is only 2.000€ so I will be grateful for any solution within that limit.

I'm going to attach some photos of last year's stand, we had round restaurant tables that were not functional because people would sit there all day and this didn't allow for much customer turnover. This year, we'll need a simpler design where people can eat faster.

Devo partecipare ad un evento di 10 giorni a Milano dal 30 novembre al 08 dicembre 2019 compresi dove ho acquistato uno spazio di mq. 44 (8x6 mt) in cui all'interno devo realizzare un ristorantino abruzzese rustico ma veloce.

Devo trasmettere semplicità anche perchè il mio menu' è di tre antipasti, un primo piatto, 4 secondi piatti (da poter mangiare stando seduti su uno sgabello oppure passeggiando es: arrosticini) desidererei un angolo di Enoteca e Birroteca con Market ove far degustare i vini e le birre ma anche vendere alcuni prodotti che utilizzo per realizzare piatti: pomodoro, salumi d formaggi.

Mi piacerebbe poter far vedere quello che preparo mentre sono seduti sui sgabelli, tipo un pezzo di cucina a vetro o plexiglass. Vorrei 40/50 sedute. Mi piacerebbe un progetto rustico E facilmente realizzabile con immagini che riportano al nostro territorio, a disposizione per la realizzazione ho solo € 2000,00. Allego tra le foto dello "stato attuale" delle immagini dello stand dello scorso anno che non è, però, stato funzionale in quanto i tavoli venivano occupati per troppo tempo e non c'era rotazione di persone. Quest'anno vorrei qualcosa di più semplice in cui i visitatori possano mangiare in modo più veloce.
