I recomend to use demolition wood, since is the most inexpensive option, will give you the rustic feel that you desire and is sustainable. I managed to fit 44 seats in the space, mixing a big table with the wood on top and 5 separeted tables with chair and stools. Wanted to make the kitchen, the tasting corner and the cashier in the middlem so that every client could see the making of their food. A few things that you already had I reused, such as the barrils, the boxes ans string lights. Above the center piece I suggested a "chalkboard banner" for you to put the menu or whatever else you want. For a bit of fun, a yellow wall with the name of your business; yellow is usually used to draw attention and to trigger hunger, so it's perfect for a restaurant. I really hope you like my project!
