The proposed design fulfills your given requirements.
I feel that the kid bedrooms function pretty well and hence no changes have been proposed for it.
The master bedroom has been shifted to achieve more southern light.
A larger master toilet and closet have been provided (almost double the existing size).
The car parking is straight-forward ( perpendicular to the access road) for convenient access.
The 5th bedroom has been provided on the garage level to let in more natural light as compared to if it were in the basement.
A common washroom on the garage level has been provided to be used before and after utilizing the hot tub.
All the decks are connected so as to give varied access points.
The window in the family room (facing the east) has been widened to allow more natural light as the north screen porch would possibly reduce the existing natural light.
Certain existing windows are replaced by doors and new windows are added.
