Briefing

Salve, mi chiamo Gabriele e cerco un progetto per una famiglia di 4 persone (con 2 bambini di 1 e 3 anni); momentaneamente non necessitano di una camera ciascuno, ma in futuro vorrei avessero i propri spazi (che nel frattempo potrebbero essere utilizzati come stanza dei giochi). Necessito quindi di una configurazione versatile che nel tempo consenta di trasformazioni; i miei obiettivi sono:
1- Ricavare 3 stanze + bagno al piano superiore o una matrimoniale (anche piccola) al piano inferiore; nel secondo caso utilizzerei la stanza ricavata come sala TV nel breve periodo, ma nel soggiorno dovrei avere gli spazi per posizionare tutto una volta trasformata in camera matrimoniale.
2- Una migliore divisione degli spazi al piano inferiore, che consenta una differenziazione fra la zona pranzo e la zona TV; non intendo una parete divisoria ma non mi piacciono i tavoli disposti al centro della stanza ad inframezzare il divano da un lato ed il TV dall'altro.
3- La cucina preferibilmente non a vista, ma in caso potrei accettare anche una cucina ad isola/penisola.
4- Per antiestetica che sia, avendo 2 bimbi piccoli, la fruibilità della zona TV riveste particolare importanza .
5- Mi piacerebbe un angolino PC che non sia in piena vista (nella zona giorno o in camera matrimoniale), ma questo sarebbe solo un "nice to have";
6- le modifiche possono riguardare anche la scala (tipo, orientamento etc etc); se elicoidale, con diametro di almeno 200cm; ho 2 bambini piccoli e sicurezza prevale
7- Entrambi i bagni necessitano di una miglior disposizione (doccia e vasca preferite, ma in caso anche 2 docce sarebbero accettabili); in caso la terza stanza fosse ricavata al piano superiore, anche il mezzo bagno sarebbe accettabile al piano inferiore.

PS: la mappa .dwg è stata creata da me; è utile ma non perfetta (ad esempio fra la porta di casa ed il sotto scala ci sono circa 315cm). Inoltre, sicuramente non è necessario dirlo, ma attenzione all'asimmetria dei 2 piani (la proiezione del corridoio del primo piano è oltre la porta di casa)


Hi, my name is Gabriele and I am looking for a project for a 4 people family (with 2 children aged 1 and 3); momentarily they don't need a room each, but in the future I'd like they have their own space (which in the meantime could be used as a gaming room). So I need a versatile configuration that allows transformations over time; my goals are:

1- To get 3 rooms + bathroom upstairs or a double (even small) downstairs; in the second case I would use the room created as a TV room in the short term, but in the living room I should have the space to place everything once transformed into a double bedroom.
2- A better division of space on the lower floor, which allows a differentiation between the dining area and the TV area; I do not mean a dividing wall but I do not like the tables placed in the middle of the room to interpose the sofa on one side and the TV on the other.
3- The kitchen preferably separate, but in case I could also accept an island / peninsula kitchen (as I have in the current house).
4- Even if unaesthetic, having 2 small children, the TV zone must be confortable
5- I would like an hidden PC corner (in the living area or in the master bedroom), but this would only be a "nice to have";
6- the modifications may also concern the scale (type, orientation, etc.); if helical, with a diameter of at least 200cm; I have 2 small children and safety prevails
7- a better layout for toilettes is quite needed (1 shower and 1 tub if possible, but in case even 2 showers would be acceptable); in case the third room was obtained on the upper floor, also the half bathroom would be acceptable on the lower floor.

PS: .dwg map was made by myself; it's usefull, but not perfect (for example between the front door and the understairs there are about 315cm). Moreover, it is certainly not necessary to say it, but pay attention to the asymmetry of the 2 floors (the projection of the corridor on the first floor is beyond the front door)
