Here are my ideas of the complete renovation of your apartment in a modern and comfortable way.
I came up with 2 variants.
The main difference is the placement of the entrance to the master bedroom. In V1, you can access all the bedrooms through a single corridor. In V2, you can access the two single bedrooms through the corridor, while the master bedroom is located separately.
Both of them have:
- a spacious living area + a closed kitchen with large windows and a view of the living room;
- a small closet adjacent to the staircase;
- 3 bedrooms: one of which is a double bedroom and 2 single ones of almost the same size.
- 2 bathrooms: one of which is a master bathroom and another one is for general use.
I decided to add demolition-construction plans as well in order to give you the idea how many changes are required.
