Description

The project consists of the interior reform of an apartment from the 70s.
The plan is clearly divided into the day area located to the west and the night area located to the east.
The main objective of the day area is to generate a single large space that is connected but at the same time defines the spaces. For this reason, the kitchen is divided from the dining room by a transparent glass to be able to see through it and prevent the odors generated by the kitchen from spreading to the rest of the house.
The dining room generates a filter area between the kitchen and the living room through a table for eight people that defines this space. Above the table will be placed some lights requested by Davide Groppi client, Miss model.
The living room is characterized by oak wood cabinets that create an elegant and orderly environment, giving the home a lot of storage and hiding the television.
On the wall opposite the oak cabinets is the fireplace that has been decided to be rebuilt in a contemporary way, supporting it on a concrete bracket and decorated with led lights.
The protagonist of the living room will be the sofa from B&B Italia mod. Bend, and some classic wooden armchairs that fit in with the new style of the house.
The night area is accessed through a small distributor from which you enter the three bedrooms and the service bathroom.
The main room is characterized by having a closet and a private bathroom, in complete privacy.
The location of the kitchen and bathrooms is due to the proximity of the drains, so it will be easier to connect to the existing network.
