Briefing

Oggetto del progetto :
E stato fatto uno studio sul progetto ma l’area di ingombro massimo e stata modificata quindi il progetto non entra più in quella superficie.
1- Ridisegnare il piano tipo a seguito della nuova dimensione del lotto tenendo conto dei 5ml di distacco da lasciare verso i confini.
2 Eliminare possibilmente Bagni cechi anche con la realizzazione di pozzi di luce/aria.
3.Lavorare sui prospetti.
4 I balconi devono essere comodi sufficientemente larghi per poterci mettere un tavolo.
I dati di progetto sono:
Superficie totale realizzabile mq 1554
Cubatura massima 4820 mc
Altezza minima 2,70 + ml 0,40 di solaio
Altezza Massima dell’ edificio sotto gronda ml 10,00
Pianti totali dell’intervento n°3 + sottotetto con altezza massima interna ml 2,20
Superficie del piano tipo 518 mq
La vecchia ipotesi prevedeva un fabbricato ad L ed allesterno l’area residua veniva destinata a parco.

Project order::
The project study was done but the maximum encumbrance area was modified so the project did not get in to the surface again.
1- Redraw the plan type as a result of the new size using the 5ml of detachment left to the boundaries.
2 Possibly remove clodesd baths even with light / air wells.
3. Work on the prospectuses.
4 The balconies must be comfortable enough to fit a table.
The project data are:
Total surface available in m² 1554
Cubature maximum 4820 mc
Minimum height 2,70 + ml 0,40 slab
Maximum height of building under gutter ml 10.00
Total number of operations n ° 3 + crawlspace with maximum internal height ml 2,20
Surface of the the floor 518 sqm
The old hypothesis provided a L-shaped building and the remaining area was destined for parkland.
