Obbiettivi:
Arredamento degli appartamenti (uno al primo piano ed un altro al secondo piano).
Colore per imbiancare la casa
Suggerimenti per porte interne

Ulteriori informazioni:
Non c’è possibilità di modifiche tramezzi.
Il colore dei pavimenti ed dei rivestimenti della cucina e dei bagno è sulle tonalità del Beige.
Gli infissi sono in legno alluminio tinta noce scuro
Gli attacchi idrici dei servizi, e la posizione dei bagni sono individuati nel DWG imp e nelle foto altri punti H2O.

Piano terreno: Ci occorre idea di portoncino entrata (che affaccia sulla piazza), considerando anche arredi da muro o da terra laterali, evitando vasi o altro che possa causare deposito di rifiuti. (si allega foto stato attuale)

Primo piano:
L’altezza del soffitto è di 3,07 m per tutte le stanze
Nella scelta degli arredi tenere conto:
-(St) Biblioteca/studio: l’arredamento deve prevedere la libreria su tutte le pareti;
-(S - P) Zona Giorno, nell’arredare dette stanze posizionare dove più opportuno anche i seguenti mobili ereditati in stile chippendale (foto allegate): a)Controbuffet 220x57 h110, b)tavolo 6 posti200x98 h87 con sedie, c)secretaire con ribalta 75x48 h95, d)Tavolino da gioco 86x43 ripiegato h75cm addossabile al muro
-(K-P) Cucina – Soggiorno
-(Lav - servizio) - al locale di servizio di accede dal cavedio, alla lavanderia dalla cucina. Collocare un lavatoio, lavatrice, asciugatrice, stireria come più opportuno. Vi è un punto acqua e scarico sia nella Lav che nella stanza servizio.
-(L1-L2) Zona notte: l’arredamento deve considerare armadi capienti ed a tutta altezza. Se possibile prevedere di posizionare un comò (200lx66dx62h) e due comodini (73l x 55d x 50h) della Saporiti Italia (foto)
- (WC) Bagni: idee per lavabo e arredo bagno (già sono stati acquistai cabina doccia 90cm x 100cm, sanitari e vasca 170cm x 70cm)

Secondo piano:
Preferenze arredamento stile moderno o industriale
L’altezza del soffitto è di 2,97 m, ad eccezione della stanza senza indicazione e della stanza L2 che hanno un tetto spiovente da 2,97 m a 2,50 m.
Nella scelta degli arredi tenere conto:
-(K-S) destinata a Cucina e Living;
- (front K - front S) due terrazzini antistanti K-S considerando soprattutto di rendere piacevoli i muri perimetrali che sono alti 210cm sul fronte strada;
-(!) sistemazione nella stanza senza indicazione, di mobile per contenere LP; impianto stereo Hi-Fi; libreria; proiettore (eventuale telo proiezione avvolgibile).
-(L2) sala ospiti / studio / libreria.
-(L1) Stanza da letto – Si preferisce armadio capiente
- (WC) Bagni: idee per lavabo e arredo bagno , già sono stati acquistai cabina doccia(90cm x 140cm), sanitari e vasca(180 cm x 80cm)

Three floor building located in the main square

Objective:
furnishing of the two apartments (one at first floor and one at second).
Color for painting the house
Suggestions for internal doors.

More informations:
There is no possibility to modify the interior walls
The color of the tiles (already bought and placed) is beige
The windows frames are dark walnut
The hidric implant and the position of the WC are shown in the DWG imp.

Ground floor: We need an idea for the main entrance door, considering also side wall (or ground) decoration, preferably not pots (there is a picture of the actual state)

First floor:
the ceiling is 3.07m high in all the room.
Choosing the furnishing take care of:
-(St) library/study, considering to put bookcase on all the walls.
-(S-P) living area, we would like to place in one of the two rooms the following inherited furnitures in chippendale style (shown in pictures also): a)Controbuffet 220x57 h110, b)6 seats table 200x98 h87 with its chairs, c)writing desk 75x48 h95, d)folding card table 86x43 h75cm.
-(K-P) kitchen – livingroom
-(Lav – servizio) A service room accessible through the “cavedio”, the lav is accessible from the kitchen. Place in these rooms in the best way possible a washing machine, a dryer and a ironing.
-(L1-L2) Bedrooms: we need large wardrobes, possibly full wall height, and place a dresser (200lx66dx62h) and two bedside tables (73l x 55d x 50h) that we would like to keep (you can see them in the pictures)
-(WC) ideas for the sink and other furnishings (we already bought the shower 90cmx100cm, the wc and bidet and the bathtub 170cmx170cm)
We dont have a clear preference for the style.

Second floor:
Preferred styles: modern or industrial
The ceiling is 2.97m high in all the rooms except for the room L2 and the unlabelled room which have a sloping cieling from 2.97m to 2.50m

Choosing the furnishing take care of:
-(K-S) kitchen and living
-(front K and front S) those are two terraces, it wound be nice to find a way to decorate also the perimetral walls high 2.10m on the outer border.
-(!) place in the unlabelled room an hi-fi system, vinyl cabinet, bookcase and a projector.
-(L2) guest room/study/library
-(L1) bedroom
-(WC) ideas for the sink and other furnishings (we already bought the shower 90cmx140cm, the wc and bidet and the bathtub 180cmx180cm)
