As required by the client, the area was divided into a living room, a kitchen and three bedrooms. Entering in the hall, we have in front the main bathroom, on the left the bedrooms (whith the terrace expose to north-east) and on the right, accessible through a full-length sliding glass door, the living area. This area include a TV zone, a dining area and, divided by another sliding glass door that allows it to be separate but connected and visible, the kitchen, equipped with a furniture along the wall and with a kitchen island in the middle.
The sleeping area is composed of the children's rooms and the main bedroom, which is equipped with a private bathroom and a wardrobe.
The furnitures used are modern and simple, the main color is white with inserts in various shades of gray.
